• Implemented a user action for viewer-only mode, and introduced toggle features for view mode and active mode switching. Resolved a cache bug from our fellow microservice team, resulting in a significant 20% improvement in thread performance in a Conference or Live Event.
• Revamped call trashing system to periodically delete "unnecessary" demo data from DB to free and optimize the space by 30% and designed an exclusion feature for specific cases.
• Provide technical support for a premium feature File Level Encryption with the Zoho WordDrive team that ensures encrypted security and controlled access if clients impose to.
• Minimized vulnerability attack surface by 93% through collaborating with 9+ internal framework teams and thoroughly scrutinizing our SaaS bundles of all(40+) vulnerable internal and third-party artifacts, along with their dependencies on our system. Ensured security by updating critical components to the latest non-vulnerable versions, while eliminating risky ones (CVES more than 7.5) or migrating to suitable alternatives
